Ingredients
500g bread flour
50g sugar
60g butter of your choice
350g oat milk
3 tsp active dry yeast
-
2 tbsp @theorganiclabs purple sweet potato powder (dissolved in 4 tbsp water)
-
1 tbsp @theorganiclabs activated charcoal (dissolved in 1 tbsp water)
Directions
For the Dough
Mix warm milk with sugar and dry yeast. Leave it for few min then mix it with flours.
Knead the dough in a stand mixer with a hook attachment on a low-medium speed, cover and let sit for 20 min
Then turn on the mixer, add the butter(room temperature) and knead until the dough comes together, about 10min.
Knead the dough into ball, divide half, and one half divided in two equal size, knead each with @theorganiclabs dissolved superfood powder, then knead into balls and let it proof for 1 hours or until double in size
Removed the air from 3 doughs transfer to a clean surface, then divided each dough into 8 equal portions, form the balls and let it rest for 10 min.
Roll each purple dough portion out flat, then roll it up tightly. Roll out the black dough portion flat in oval shape, large enough to cover the purple dough roll.
Place the purple roll inside the charcoal oval and close the charcoal dough, sealing the purple dough inside. Repeat for all the charcoal dough portions
Finally use the plain dough balls in the same way, sealing in the charcoal ones inside the plain dough.
Grease your loaf pan and arrange the dough ropes into the pan
Cover and let it rise for about an hour. Then bake in a preheated oven at 175C for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
