Dunaliella Salina Ombre Pancake Stack
200g all purpose flour
40 g Tapioca starch / cassava starch
15g The Organic Lab Blue Dunaliella Salina Powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon apple vinegar
250ml any plantmilk
Method: Separate the batter in 3 pots adding Dunaliella Salina Powder in each pot the more colourful you want the more you add in .Mix all items with a mixer or blender and fry them in coconut oil low heat. To make a ombre pancake stack you just need to place the batter with less color on bottom moving the way up with the more colorful batter.
Serve with your favourite toppings and melted vegan chocolate on top!
