RECIPE

1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups milk or water
1 teaspoon fruit powder from The Organic Lab Collection
optional sweetener of choice
Mix all ingredients in a jar and stir it, let sit and then stir because this will stop the chia seeds from clumping leave the Chia Seeds overnight in the fridge or until fully incorporated .

Once the chia seeds are fully incorporated and hard , you can top with Greek Yoghurt or your favourite Plant-based Yoghurt , we also love to add Granola , Berries , Honey , Agave !
