Red berry smoothie! Full recipe below! For January, we are trying to refocus on healthy eating and one of the ways we are incorporating more nutrients in our diet is through smoothies. This berry smoothie is full of all the good stuff we've been craving! It's made with frozen berries and we also used @theorganiclab.eu 'Your Beauty Blend' for added benefits. The Beauty Blend contains maqui berries, acai, banana, and chia seeds which are a great source of vitamins such as A, C, E, Potassium, Fiber and Omega 6, 9 and 3.
Recipe ingredients (2 cups):
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp @theorganiclab.eu Your Beauty Blend
1. Mix @theorganiclab.eu Your Beauty Blend with plant based milk
2. In a high-speed blender, add in all the ingredients. If the frozen fruit doesn't blend well, keep adding in milk until it becomes smooth.
3. Pour into a cup, share, and enjoy
