Vegan Cake

Vegan Cake 320 ml plantmilk
1 tbsp Apple vinegar
320 g all purpose flour
1 tbsp tapioca starch
270g cane suger
65 g cacao powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
160 ml coconutoil meldet
180 g apple sauce
Vanilla powder
120 ml coffee
Frosting:
115 g vegan butter
250g coconut cream ( the solid part from a can)
120 g almondbutter
2 tablespoon fruitpowder of choice from @theorganiclab.eu
Combine the wet ingredients in a bowl and then the dry,... now put the wet into the dry and mix until well combined. Put the dough in two cake pans ( 8 inch ) and bake it for about 30 minutes 170 degrees ( 350 F ).
Let the cakes cool down before frosting.
Cut the cakes in two layers.
Buttercream frosting:
Mix the butter and add the coconut cream and mix it creamy and soft,... now you can add the almondbutter and fruitpowder,..
Now you can spread the layer into the cakes and decorate it with fruits and flowers !!
Place it in the fridge before serving!!
