Vegan Crepes with Red Matcha



100g all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon rice sirup or maple sirup
1 egg or egg replacement ( I use an chia egg )
160 ml any plantmilk
80 ml mineral water ( or more )
For the filling I use:
Coconut Youghut Red Matcha The Organic Lab Powder  
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then set asite for about 5 minutes.
Then bake the crepes in a pan on medium heat. Now you can enjoy it with the filling and some mix berries!
