Vegan Pie with Pink Matcha
For  the crust you will  need:
1 cup rolled oats
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp nutbutter of choice
1 tbsp coconut oil
20 pitted dates
5 dryed figs 
3 tbsp water
spices: cinnamon, vanilla powder
Instructions:
blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and press the dough into a round mould then place it in the freezer for 1-2h.
For the filling I use:
1 1/2 coconut milk
1 small lemon
1 1/2 PINK MATCHA POWDER from @theorganiclab.eu
1 tbsp jam
1 tbsp rice sirup 
1 tbsp tapioca starch
2 tbsp agar agar
vanilla powder
Now pour the coconut milk in a saucepan and bring it to a simmer , mix rice sirup, jam and fruitpowder and simmer for few minutes,mix well and now you can add the dry ingrediens to the filling ,cook it again for 2 minutes let it cool
down and then put the lukewarm mixture on the crust and let sit in the fridge for 2 hours.
